Our Pre-conference Intensive returns for a 3rd year and has become the cornerstone for those seeking extended, in-depth training. This year, attendees will customize their experience by choosing three preferred sessions to complete their two-day training. Each module gives participants the chance to take a deep dive with expert facilitators while exploring topics in an intimate, small group setting. Learning modules are four hours long with a 20-minute break, and facilitators will present experiential content while utilizing group and individual hands-on work and group discussion.

The pricing of your product or service is a key element in the profitability and sustainability of your business. Often though, it is a struggle to put a value on what we offer. This session will provide "insider" secrets that all retailers use to determine their pricing that will position you competitively while protecting your bottom line. Daina will share her knowledge of pricing from her 30 years experience as a retail buyer, most recently with companies that include TJMaxx, Marshalls, and Winners and take you through a proven formula for establishing your prices. You will leave with pricing and packaging ready to implement.
