Can I select my breakout sessions closer to conference?
Since breakouts are available on a first come basis, we recommend that you choose them now to avoid disappointment. You will have access to the audio recording for all sessions post-conference.


What if I change my mind about the breakout I selected, can I change it later?

We can make an adjustment manually at the APPO office if you choose incorrectly or change your mind. However, we can only make a change if the breakout you want to switch to is still available.


My credit card number has changed, how do I update it?

Contact us at support@appo.org or call us at 860) 904-5365 so we can update that manually for you.









Can I purchase the Photo Safari later?
Absolutely! Nick's photo safari is available during registration for your convenience, but it is also available as a separate purchase after you confirm you flight and arrival information.


I forgot which sessions I signed up for, where do I find that information?

If you are an APPO member, log in and navigate to Manage Profile/Invoicing, Payments and History/Event Registration. You can view or print your selections here. If you are not an APPO member, your original email confirmation contains a link to your information. If you have misplaced this information, contact us at support@appo.org.



How do I know when my next auto-payment is scheduled?
Your recurring payments on the Intensive installment plan occur 30 days apart from the date you registered. But you can also see the date of your next pending payment when you log into your profile and navigate to 'my profile'.
