
Our Pre-Conference Intensive returns for a 4th
year and has become the cornerstone for those seeking extended,
in-depth training. Attendees customize their experience
by choosing three preferred sessions to complete their two-day training.
Each module gives participants the chance to take a deep dive with
expert facilitators while exploring topics in an intimate, small group
setting. Learning modules are four hours long with a 20-minute break,
and facilitators will present experiential content while utilizing group
and individual hands-on work and group discussion.

*Intensive
modules are available on a first come basis and you will be choosing one
from each session during the registration process.
An installment plan of $433 per month for 3 months is available until December 17th, 2015.

Module 4: Insider Tips with APPO's Authorized Trainers: Pricing and Profitability
Trainers: Sherra Humphreys and Rita Norton
Is it stressful when someone asks you for an estimate for photo organizing? Do you factor in all the hidden costs of doing business? Do you wish you had a formula to figure out your pricing?
Sherra and Rita will teach you how to create a system to track tasks, identify your hidden costs and develop a base-pricing system for different services. If you feel like
you are currently running a non-profit venture, you can gain confidence in your pricing and know you can run a profitable business. You can meet your financial goals so you can also give back to your
community. You will have a whole new pricing message to share with prospects and clients when you get back home!

This is an experiential intensive that includes a dozen non-digital methods for growing a company that supports your lifestyle. Business owners are inundated with high-tech from every angle. This workshop is for those who also want to master the high-touch aspects of running a company.
We are in a constant state of transformation and reinvention. It’s easy to become overwhelmed, plagued by self-doubt and held back by the fear of taking that first step. Illustrated with Jane’s memorable anecdotes and grounded in the art of visualization and goal-setting, this workshop will provide participants with know-how and confidence.

Module 6: Protecting Your Photo and Business Assets in Today's Online Photo-Sharing Mania!

Are you certain you’ve protected your assets in your client contract? Are you sure those online agreements for cloud storage and photo sharing sites protect your clients’ digital photos? Do you find it a challenge to compare photo organizing, backup and photo sharing solutions for you and your client? Do you understand the in’s and out’s of digital photo organization, backup and how to protect your metadata?
During this intensive Mary will present subject matter prepared by an attorney (who happens to be her husband), that will delve into the ‘must haves’ for any client agreement in order to help you avoid liability nightmares. They will explore various online terms of use common to photo sharing sites to help you protect your clients' precious photos and videos. Mary and Jackie will take you on a deep dive into best practices for digital photo management, important key features that you should look for when recommending photo organizing software and how the software treats metadata, backup devices and online services for your clients.
